Main Job Duties include:
-
feeding and watering the alpacas,
-
putting the alpacas out to pasture
-
Administering Medications
-
Cleaning refilling all water buckets and troughs
-
Refilling hay feeders
-
mucking stalls and cleaning of barns.
Other Possible Job Duties May Include:
-
Pasture Cleanup
-
Assisting with monthly shots
-
Assisting with toe nail clipping
-
Assisting with farm tours
Minimum Requirements:
-
Must love animals
-
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
-
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
*Prior experience working on a farm or with animals is preferred
*experience with operating farm equipment and tractors is preferred (but not required)
