Returns

Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): Alpaca Lane Criations, 15430 Mount Calvert Rd., Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. 

 Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Email AlpacaLaneCriations1@gmail.com with your return request and order number if purchased online, or a copy of your receipt if purchased on site. Please include your name, number, and brief item description you want to return. Once you receive a confirmation email of your submitted return request you can then mail the item to Alpaca Lane Criations and pay the necessary postage. 

 

Refunds

Refunds for Goods - Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. 

Refunds for Services - We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows: 

- The services will be fully refunded if the services are cancelled at least 48 hours before the services were scheduled
